"To provide context for this recommendation, I would like to preface this review by saying that I myself am a practicing attorney with almost 10 years of experience, licensed and having worked in NY and NJ. That said, since I do not practice nor have any knowledge or experience in commercial real estate transactions, my father and I hired Mr. Tinovsky to assist with the purchase of a NNN ("triple Net") lease under IRS section 1031. This was a multi-million dollar transaction involving the purchase of an out of state property and franchise lease. This deal would have NEVER closed without Mr. Tinovsky's legal assistance. He is the most competent, professional, resourceful, and responsive attorney I have ever worked with.Unlike most lawyers who filter communications through their secretaries and legal assistants, he personally answered every call/message/email promptly, often working very late nights and weekends to expeditiously resolve outstanding issues.
