Vlad Tinovsky is the founder of Tinovsky Law Firm. Prior to Tinovsky Law Firm, Vlad practiced law at two prestigious "large" firms with an international presence. Vlad represents businesses and entrepreneurs in transactions and litigation, and serves as a trusted adviser and "outside" general counsel to many businesses in the technology, healthcare, real estate and other industries.
He has counseled companies of all sizes, from Fortune 500 publicly-traded companies to family-owned businesses, on domestic and international business structures, entity formation and governance, and risk management. He has also represented clients in a wide range of transactions, including asset sales, stock sales, mergers, business acquisitions and divestitures, debt / equity financing, real estate purchases / sales, real estate development, real estate investment, joint ventures and strategic alliances. He has extensive experience in the software, IT outsourcing, healthcare / life-sciences, financial services / lending, renewable energy / clean tech, manufacturing and real estate industries.
Vlad also represents clients in litigation, with a focus on complex commercial, business and intellectual property disputes. He has represented clients in copyright infringement, trademark infringement, theft of trade-secrets, unfair competition, securities fraud, shareholder oppression and "business divorce" litigation. He has also represented both debtors and creditors in regional and national bankruptcy litigation, and has counseled clients in federal and state investigative and regulatory matters.

He has been selected to the Pennsylvania Rising Stars® list in 2008, 2010 and 2012, and to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® list from 2013 through 2017.
